Interest is real. A ticker may not be.
Enterprise adoption, avatar and agent capabilities, recurring growth, employee secondary activity, and funding create interest in future public access.
Search volume can rise around funding, product releases, partnerships, acquisition reports, or IPO discussion. None of those events alone establishes a security that retail investors can trade.
Private value is not a public quote
An employee secondary sale or private funding price is not a liquid public quote. Creative-software comparables provide only indirect context.
Private shares can carry transfer restrictions, eligibility requirements, limited disclosure, different share classes, and little liquidity. Never infer availability from a price shown on an unofficial marketplace.
